Boring!2019-04-28 23:04myfloatyCastle Anonymous10mins in and i had to stop. this film seemingly has a narrow audience, the jap cartoon fans (thinking of that floating castle movie i saw in grade-school) and children yrs 12 below. i can already assume the bizarre gender role twist they have in motion from what little i saw (masked girl portrays male action hero loner, boy plays the ditzy female role who is scared and meek... just watch his first scene running frantically and tripping over himself and him running into that buff/tough and "cool" black dude who was probably thinking 'dum goofy white boy'), oh and nice cliche use of the old Romeo+Juliet romance, let me guess the two characters fall in love regardless of the two separate families/cities they come from... "love overcomes family conflicts yah! TOKI TAMAGOTCHI!". what trash, no wonder this flopped so hard $100 mil budget and they got $15 mil from US, those jap cartoon fans i mentioned must have loved it, what an easy sell to china (World Gross $82 mil). i hate to think of all the hentai created from its asian fan base... I would like to thank my gut for keeping me clear from this movie since the early teaser and I want to give special thanks to this website for keeping my money out of P. Jackson's fat lazy hands since the hobbit movies.2019-04-10 19:04Dakoda AnonymousREALLY GOOD MOVIES BUT THEY NEVER REALLY FELL IN LOVE THEY BETTER MAKE A SECOND ONE!!!!!!!!!!!2019-02-13 17:02Critick AnonymousIt is a master peace.2019-02-10 17:02Miracl AnonymousReally good movie2019-02-03 17:02Niena Anonymouswhy they never kisss2019-02-02 09:02perfectblack___ #1 Movies Online usernot bad at all2019-01-31 04:01Load moreKeywords: -

Critic Reviews of "Mortal Engines"
Tribune News ServiceDecember 17, 2018Visually, it's busy, hefty and propulsive, but emotionally and thematically, it's as light as air. These engines could have used a bit more in the tank.
New YorkerDecember 17, 2018The stakes are enormous, but the outcome is neither here nor there.
ReelViewsDecember 14, 2018One of the most impressive examples of "world building" in recent years, surpassing such contenders as Valerian, Cloud Atlas, and even the recent Star Wars episodes.
New York PostDecember 14, 2018Most of "Mortal Engines" is a wearying blast of CGI and genre-cribbing.
Arizona RepublicDecember 14, 2018"Mortal Engines" is an entertaining movie if you don't ask too many questions of the story and stick to what's put in front of you onscreen.
Film FrenzyDecember 21, 2018The plot is both daft and derivative, and the commonplace YA elements end up overtaking the welcome WTF moments by the end. But the world-building is spectacular and almost makes this worth the price of admission.
Splice TodayDecember 21, 2018Answers a burning question: What if Mad Max: Fury Road had sucked?
Laramie Movie ScopeDecember 21, 2018This big budget, effects-laden movie about a strange post-apocalyptic world where predator cities roll around on tank-like treads looks great, but the story of romance and revenge is just barely adequate.
ChrisStuckmann.comDecember 20, 2018This should've been amazing. Even the ending owes itself to another film...it feels like a bunch of movies we've seen before, that are better than this.
